The month of coordination package begins 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day. We will help in the entire coordination both church & reception and  goal is to make you special day flawless. This perfect option for those couples who have planned most of their wedding needs but would like to seek assistance to take over coordination such as set-up and takedown; execution (according to the timeline) and vendor management.

INCLUSION:

• three face-to-face meetings to go over the details and logistics the  wedding (meetings are: initial meeting & signing of contract; rehearsal and on the wedding day
• rehearsal coordination (up to 60-90 mins) **travel fees may apply*
• collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: basic decor, guest book, favors, place cards, etc.
• timeline preparation for both the ceremony and reception
• confirm arrangements/deliveries with all vendors for the wedding day
• coordination with venue in-charge to allocate tables and assign space for vendors (DJ; production, photo booth)
• oversee ceremony and reception site set-up and take-down
• coordination of the ceremony and reception (up to 12 hours)
• unlimited emails and text or phone calls
• access to wedding planning spreadsheets
